• Solicitation of prostitution or commercial sex acts
• Recruitment, harboring, transportation, or advertisement of trafficked persons
• Any use of our platform to coerce, deceive, or exploit any individual
• Any content depicting or involving minors in a sexual context
Violations will result in immediate termination of access to our platform and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. USER PROTECTION PROCEDURES
We maintain the following internal procedures to protect our users:
3.1. AGE VERIFICATION. All persons depicted in content on this website are required to be at least 18 years of age. Age verification records are maintained in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
3.2. CONTENT SCREENING. All content published on our platform is reviewed to ensure it does not facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activity.
3.3. CONSENT DOCUMENTATION. We maintain records demonstrating the consent of performers depicted in content on our platform. Any claim of lack of consent is taken seriously and handled pursuant to our Content Removal Policy.

4.2. OUR RESPONSE PROTOCOL. Upon receiving a report of suspected trafficking or exploitation, we will:
• Immediately review the reported activity or content
• Suspend or remove access to any account or content implicated in the report pending investigation
• Preserve all relevant records and evidence
• Contact and fully cooperate with law enforcement, including providing any records or information requested pursuant to a valid legal process
• Report the matter to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and, where content involving minors is implicated, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
5. NON-SOLICITATION
Our platform is not a forum for, and may not be used in connection with, any form of commercial sex solicitation, escort services, or any other activity that may constitute prostitution or sex trafficking under applicable law. Any communication or content that solicits or facilitates such activity will be removed immediately and the responsible party's access will be terminated.
6. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION
WP Kicker LLC is committed to full cooperation with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. We will promptly respond to lawful requests, court orders, and subpoenas seeking records or information in connection with any investigation into trafficking or exploitation. We will not tip off any subject of such an investigation where doing so could compromise law enforcement efforts.
