5. REVIEW AND RESPONSE

5.2. We will review all removal requests and respond with our decision within 5 business days. If additional time is required, we will inform you of the expected timeline.
5.3. Where a request concerns content that is prima facie unlawful or that involves a credible allegation of non-consent, the content will be taken down immediately pending the outcome of our review.
6. APPEAL PROCESS
6.1. RIGHT TO APPEAL. Any person who has submitted a removal request and is dissatisfied with the Company's decision has the right to appeal that decision. This right expressly includes appeals based on a claim of lack of consent or withdrawn consent.
6.2. HOW TO APPEAL. To appeal a decision, submit your appeal in writing to support@vm-lessons.com with the subject line "Content Removal Appeal." Your appeal should include:

• The specific grounds on which you are appealing the decision
• Any additional evidence or information not included in your original request
6.3. APPEAL REVIEW. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of the Company who was not involved in the original decision. We will respond to your appeal within 5 business days of receipt.
6.4. OUTCOME. Following the appeal review, we will notify you in writing of the final decision and any action taken. If the appeal is upheld, the content will be removed promptly. If the appeal is denied, we will provide an explanation of the reasons for that decision.
6.5. NEUTRAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION. If you remain dissatisfied following the outcome of your appeal, the disagreement may be referred to a neutral, independent mediator or arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. In the event the parties cannot agree on a neutral body, one shall be appointed in accordance with the mediation or arbitration rules of a recognised dispute resolution organisation. All costs and fees of the neutral dispute resolution process shall be borne entirely by the Company. The outcome of such proceedings shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.6. LEGAL RECOURSE. Nothing in this Section limits your right to seek recourse through applicable regulatory authorities or courts of competent jurisdiction.
7. RECORD KEEPING
We maintain records of all removal requests and appeals, including the outcome of each. These records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
